冷库

功能及应用领域

冷库，利用降温设施创造适宜的湿度和低温条件的仓库，是加工、贮存产品的场所。能摆脱气候的影响，延长各种产品的贮存期限，以调节市场供应。冷库主要用作对食品、乳制品、肉类、水产、禽类、果蔬、冷饮、花卉、绿植、茶叶、药品、化工原料、电子仪表仪器等的恒温贮藏。

2.冷库结构

科美斯组合式冷库（板），主要采用聚胺脂发泡保温材料，可根据不同的需要选用板面材料，经压模固定高压发泡整体发泡而成，密度保证在43kg/m3以上，以保证良好的隔冷保温效果，是目前保温效果较好的节能产品。

1.工作原理

a. Working Principle

液态氨在蒸发器中吸

收被冷却物的热量之后，汽化成低压低温的氨气，被压缩机吸入，压缩成高压高温的氨气后排入冷凝器。在冷凝器中被冷却水降温放热冷凝为高压氨液，经节流阀节流为低压低温的氨液，再次进入蒸发器吸热汽化，达到循环制冷的目的。蒸发、压缩、冷凝、节流四个基本过程完成一个制冷循环。

2.产品特点

（1）氨制冷剂具有优良的环境性能和热力学性能，因此氨制冷系统会消费更少能耗；

（2）氨制冷剂是像大多数其他制冷剂一样无害，如CFCs；

（3）相对于其他制冷剂，氨来源广泛，价格低廉，容易被大众接受；
